How to Login?
1. Navigate to downloads.c-net.com.au to display the C-Net Downloads login page.
2. Enter your user name into the Username field.
3. Enter your password into the Password field.
4. Click the Login button.
5. You will be directed to the Downloads home screen. This screen displays all the products the logged in customer has purchased as well as all available upgrades.

I have forgotten my password
1. Click the "here" hyperlink displayed under the login button to request a new password.
2. "The Lost Password" screen is displayed.
3. Enter your email address into the field displayed.
4. Click Send Password, a new password will be emailed to the entered email address.

How to filter the available downloads?
Once you have login you will be directed to the Downloads home screen. This screen displays all the products the logded in customer has purchased as well as all available upgrades.

Filter by Category (version)
1. Click the down arrow displayed at the end of the Category field.
2. Click a category from the drop down list to select it.

The downloads will be filterd as per your selection.

Searching for a download
1. Click in the Search Downloads field.
2. Enter the search criteria into the Search Downloads field.
3. Click Search to display all the options relating to the search criteria.

How to display the details of the download?
Click the download you wish download. You will be directed to the download details screen. This screen contains the following two items:
Release Notes
The download file

How to display and download Release Notes?
Display Release Notes
1. Click the Release Notes button displayed on the right hand side of the screen.
2. The release notes for the upgrade are displayed in a PDF format.
3. Alternatively right click the link to display a list of options.

Save Release Notes
4. Click the Save as option to save the release notes locally.

How to download an upgrade?
1. Click the Download button, displayed at the bottom of the screen.
2. The file download dialogue box will display. It will give you the option to open or save the downloaded file.
3. Save the download in a file of your choice.

How to edit your profile?
Click the Edit Profile hyperlink displayed on the top right hand side of the screen. This will display the Edit Profile screen. From this screen you can change your password as well as update your email account details.

Changing your password
1. Click in the Login Password field.
2. Enter your Login Password.
3. Click in the new login password field.
4. Enter your new Password.
5. Click in the Confirm Password field.
6. Enter your new password again for confirmation.
7. Click the Update Profile button to update your profile.

Updating your email details
1. Click in the Email Address field.
2. Enter your new email address.
3. Click the Update Profile button to update your profile.

How to contact C-Net?
Click the Contact C-Net hyperlink displayed on the top left hand side of the screen to display the Contact C-Net page.

Click ssdadmin@c-net.com.au to email C-Net directly

Message
Complete the fields displayed on the Contact C-Net webpage to send C-Net a message.

To navigate to the C-Net home page click, Home displayed on the top left hand corner of the screen.
