SafetySuite V4.0’s new Monitoring of Task functionality allows users to generate tasks for completion and then marks them as completed.
The tasks can be triggered automatically by completing actions, for example updating the claim status to pending creates a task to make a determination in a defined period of time; or they can be created manually from the MOT tab displayed on most SafetySuite Objects.
The Monitoring of Task report has been updated, to now allow users to click on line items to complete tasks, for example users can click the claim number to navigate to the claim that requires updating.
