SafetySuite Cross Module Functionality- Correspondence

SafetySuite’s Correspondence functionality allows users to easily communicate with external parties via mail, email, fax or phone. The communication can be sent manually via the Correspondence tab or it can be triggered automatically. SafetySuite’s Correspondence functionality records the history of all sent correspondence, which can be displayed at any time.

Correspondence letters can be stored easily as templates, with each template requiring fields known as parameters for completion eg. recipient name. Correspondence automatically populates some Parameters based on the data stored against SafetySuite Objects. Additional custom parameter fields can be included on completion  before correspondence is sent via the Correspondence dialogue box. In addition to the template letters, Correspondence functionality allows local files to be attached.
