Security Incident Management (SIM)

In the SafetySuite Security Incident Management (SIM) additional authorisation objects and separate notifications have been incorporated to provide the discretion required to conduct ongoing investigations.

Security Risks can be proactively monitored against the location hierarchy. Each security risk is assigned to an accountable person and actions, controls, and contingencies can be implemented.

Security incidents can be related to the monitored security risks. Additional data elements are available to track the nature of a breach and the assets involved. These can be both corporate and personal assets. The details of the person(s) committing an offence can also be tracked.

The investigation process allows for the tracking of suspects and associated detailed file notes.
