Enhancements to Claims Management System (CMS)
- Claims can now be uploaded without specifying a WorkCover Claim number or the SafetySuite claim number. The claims can now be uploaded by Claimant Name, Claimant Date of Birth and the Start Date of Injury.
- A pop up box has been introduced to allow security to restrict Medical Certificate subtypes viewed by the end user and avoid any un necessary warning messages.
- New notification functionality has been added that is triggered by the number of absence days recorded against a claim.
- The Fast Payments screen has been introduced reduce the time taken to record multiple payments. This is done by allowing more than one category and sub category of payment to be made against the same payee. Furthermore re-occurring payments can also be created and posted to the appropriate places from this screen.
- The Absence Conversion program has been enhanced to display messages detailing any issues or warnings that occurred during absence conversion.
- The Absence Conversion program has been enhanced to display claimants with multiple leaves on the same day.
- The Milestone report can now be executed using a new transaction.
- The Classification of an Injury is automatically updated based on conditions defined by the user.
- The Monthly Upload program has been updated to accept a new format of input files requested from the Queensland WorkCover authority.
- Estimate functionality has been modified to be more user friendly. This was achieved by automatically delimiting old estimates and displaying all estimate subtypes on the one screen for better viability of claim estimates.
